About the role

The Bilingual Waiter will deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests at Four Seasons Cartagena. Working in the hotel’s upscale restaurants, you will combine high‑level service with fluency in English and Spanish to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer menu suggestions, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Maintain clean and properly set tables according to Four Seasons service standards.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to make accurate recommendations.
• Support the Food & Beverage department during peak periods and special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in luxury hotels or high‑end restaurants.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) alongside native Spanish.
• Familiarity with service protocols, kitchen pass systems, and tray‑handling techniques.
