Mid-level Product Designer

About the role

Very is looking for a self‑motivated Mid Product Designer to join a remote team serving high‑profile clients. You will apply a human‑centered approach to turn complex business needs into intuitive digital experiences, working closely with engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user insights into wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Contribute reusable components to the design system and maintain documentation for smooth developer hand‑offs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product strategy.
• Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and emerging UX trends to continuously improve the user experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant product design experience.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and personable attitude.
• Strong ability to work independently and roll up sleeves to get the job done.
• Passion for solving a wide variety of design problems using a human‑centered approach.
