Mobile Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking Mobile Developers across Latin America to join a fully‑remote AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is asynchronous, flexible up to 40 hours per week, and does not require prior AI experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software‑engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
