Operational Accountant – Part‑Time Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Smart Hire Pros is seeking a detail‑oriented Operational Accountant to support the financial operations of several growing businesses. This part‑time, fully remote position is ideal for candidates located in Latin America who can dedicate 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping records and manage all financial transactions.
• Perform bank and credit‑card reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple entities.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Provide month‑end support and ensure accurate financial record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing accounting for several business entities.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
