Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Operations Assistant to support our Accounting & Operations Manager. The position is fully remote and focuses on administrative, financial, and project‑management tasks for roofing and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations of roofing and construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and support bank reconciliations.
• Track and categorize expenses while ensuring proper documentation.
• Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support senior project managers and contribute to team meetings and planning sessions.
• Manage emails, maintain records, and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support, preferably in construction or roofing.
• Basic accounting knowledge, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
