About the role

Relay Delivery is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise critical logistics processes for thousands of restaurants across major US cities. This remote, full‑time position will serve as the operational backbone, ensuring smooth daily workflows and supporting growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee rider supply, live operations, and coordination across sourcing, rider pay, CX, and leadership.
• Build and maintain sustainable processes, driving continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively before they escalate.
• Provide data‑driven insights to enhance performance and efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or gig‑economy platforms.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and make decisions within established frameworks.
• Experience supervising teams and driving accountability.
• Strong financial literacy for handling payments or incentives at scale.
