Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead client operations and service delivery for multiple accounts in a fast-growing, remote environment. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring high client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee client operations and service delivery across multiple accounts.
• Manage and mentor team leads/managers, driving performance and accountability.
• Design, refine, and enforce scalable systems, processes, and workflows.
• Identify operational gaps early and implement proactive solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency across teams.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and internal alignment.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Step into day-to-day operations oversight during scaling phases.
• Provide structure and clarity in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior-level experience in operations or service delivery leadership.
• Experience managing managers or team leads.
• Strong systems- and process-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to create structure, accountability, and operational clarity.
• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure or rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Background in BPO, SaaS operations, implementation operations, or customer operations.
• Calm, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and growth.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
