Outbound Sales Representative & Closer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative & Closer to join our international sales team focused on the US restaurant market. You will drive new business by prospecting, building relationships, and guiding restaurant owners through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold outreach to restaurant owners and decision‑makers.
• Identify business needs, qualify opportunities, and run discovery conversations.
• Handle objections, move prospects through the pipeline, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to meet outreach and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in Barranquilla.
