Payroll Tax Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Tax Analyst to support multiple U.S. clients with HR and payroll operations. The role ensures accurate processing, compliance with labor regulations, and high‑quality service delivery while working on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Process and administer payroll, including wages, benefits, deductions, and taxes.
• Manage HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, off‑boarding, employee records, and time‑keeping.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and payroll tax regulations.
• Support benefits administration and resolve related employee inquiries.
• Identify and resolve payroll and HR discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all client information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in U.S. HR and payroll, preferably with multi‑client exposure.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll processing, taxation, and labor laws.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
