Phone Concierge for Mastercard Members

About the role

We are seeking a Phone Concierge to provide exceptional concierge services to Mastercard members across multiple channels. You will handle requests such as restaurant reservations, ticket purchases, travel bookings, and more, using internal systems, research tools, and supplier partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat, meeting response‑time targets.
• Resolve requests online whenever possible, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Contact external suppliers and brokers to arrange services on behalf of customers.
• Communicate supplier terms and conditions clearly before transactions.
• Support the manager with basic activities and occasional leadership tasks.
• Assist colleagues in other Ten Global offices with simple requests.
• Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and self‑development programs.

Required profile

• Currently attending undergraduate studies or completed high school.
• Intermediate English (B1‑B2) – written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or public‑facing roles.
• Desirable: experience abroad or at least one year in travel agency, concierge, hospitality, or tourism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
