Project Analyst – Bogota Office

About the role

Instiglio is seeking a Project Analyst to join its Bogota office. You will support the execution of development projects that use results‑based approaches, gaining hands‑on experience in research, data analysis, and incentive design.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured desk research, stakeholder mapping and diagnostic analyses to identify key issues and performance drivers.
• Analyze data, apply statistical concepts and generate actionable insights and hypotheses.
• Design and structure analyses, challenge assumptions, prioritize findings and formulate practical recommendations for clients.
• Develop technical components of results‑based financing (RBF) instruments, identifying effectiveness drivers, trade‑offs and risks.
• Assess team outputs for technical coherence and real‑world impact, and articulate solutions in client‑ready deliverables and presentations.
• Anticipate project and client needs, flag bottlenecks early and propose adjustments to project approaches.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize evidence from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Self‑starter who can work independently within a multidisciplinary project team.
• Interest in global development, results‑based approaches and impact measurement.
