Recruiter Team Lead

About the role

The Recruiter Team Lead will guide a team of recruiters while managing end‑to‑end hiring processes for critical and complex positions. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring the organization attracts top talent efficiently and meets hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for specialized and senior roles.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment plans and provide market insights.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding handoff.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑fill, conversion rates) and continuously improve processes and ATS usage.
• Collaborate on employer branding initiatives with HR and marketing.
• Guide, support, and develop the recruiter team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including senior or specialized roles.
• Experience in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments is a plus.
