Reels Editor – Remote (100% Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Reels Editor to craft short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok and podcast platforms. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a high‑performing creative team that values originality and quality over volume.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form reels and podcast clips from raw creator footage, highlighting scroll‑stopping moments.
• Analyze trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each brand’s personality.
• Ensure all edits meet platform compliance standards, including framing, audio levels, and age‑appropriate content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine edits based on feedback and aim for viral impact.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience editing short‑form content for Instagram or TikTok, with a portfolio of published reels showing strong engagement.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English to interpret creator briefs and communicate effectively.
• Expert‑level proficiency in CapCut; experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
• Works on macOS and demonstrates a professional‑grade workflow.
