Relationship Manager – Colombia

About the role

The Relationship Manager will manage top‑tier merchants in Latin America, building strong win‑win relationships and driving revenue growth for Nuvei. The role combines remote work, office tasks and face‑to‑face meetings with merchants at their headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships, including client visits and quarterly business reviews.
• Analyze transactional data to improve merchant performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service and support integration projects.
• Collaborate with sales to attract prospective clients and act as a payments advisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years in relationship management with a focus on client‑focused solutions.
• Strong payments industry experience and ability to communicate with C‑suite executives.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, independent, entrepreneurial mindset with a goal‑oriented perspective.

Required skills

• Data analytics experience.
• Project management expertise.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish desired.
