Remote Reels Editor (Short‑Form Video)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Reels Editor to transform raw creator footage into engaging short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok and podcast platforms. You will work closely with our creative team to deliver scroll‑stopping clips that align with each creator’s brand and drive viral performance.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form reels and podcast excerpts from raw interview and creator content, highlighting moments that resonate with target audiences.
• Research trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each model’s personality.
• Ensure all edits meet platform compliance regarding framing, audio levels and age‑appropriate content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve optimal engagement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience editing short‑form content for Instagram or TikTok, with a portfolio of published reels showing strong engagement.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, able to interpret creator briefs and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to identify viral moments and produce polished edits under tight deadlines (e.g., create a podcast clip with captions in 20 minutes).
