Resource Management Specialist

About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is hiring a Resource Management Specialist to support its Professional Services team. The specialist ensures customer projects and engagements are staffed efficiently and resources are allocated effectively, working closely with Project Managers, Project Leaders, People Managers and Sales to keep project forecasts accurate, coordinate resource assignments and streamline staffing processes. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate resource forecasts by collaborating with individual contributors, Project Managers and People Managers.
• Coordinate resource assignments by matching technical resources to project needs based on skills, experience, availability and timing.
• Partner with Practice Leaders to identify, review and validate resource requests for current and anticipated project demand.
• Work with Sales to validate pre-delivery requirements and ensure a smooth handoff into Professional Services.
• Review the Sales pipeline and validate key information to support accurate forecasting.
• Lead resourcing meetings with Practice Leaders to review upcoming demand and coordinate project assignments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale resource management processes as the business grows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 1-3 years of experience in resource coordination, resource management, project coordination or a related field.
• Experience in resource management and operations, ideally within a professional services organization.
• Organized, proactive and adaptable, able to build relationships and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and project lifecycle management.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer service mindset.
