About the role
Mother is a fast‑growing residential plumbing company looking for a full‑time Sales Appointment Setter to support its U.S. operations from Colombia. You will be the first voice customers hear, turning inbound inquiries into booked service appointments while delivering a high‑touch experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. residential plumbing customers.
- Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments using consultative, value‑based communication.
- Coordinate dispatch with field technicians and manage the appointment calendar.
- Identify upsell and membership opportunities and present them naturally.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support operational workflows.
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Fluent English with the ability to communicate exclusively with U.S. customers.
- Prior sales experience, comfortable with a light, consultative sales approach.
- Strong communication skills—clear, warm, and persuasive.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- High personal standards and ownership of tasks.
