About the role

Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline for the HVAC sector. You will focus on outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building with contractors, distributors, and service providers.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Crunchbase.
  • Execute 60‑100 daily outbound touchpoints across email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Make 30‑40 cold calls per day, following structured scripts and objection‑handling frameworks.
  • Design, test, and optimise multi‑touch outbound campaigns, A/B testing subject lines, CTAs, and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, ensuring strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to hand off qualified leads and refine messaging.

Required profile

  • Prior experience in the HVAC industry is mandatory.
  • Passion for outbound sales and B2B prospecting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
