SAP Project Manager – LATAM (Colombia)

About the role

SNP Group is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join its Center of Excellence team. Based in Colombia, you will lead high‑impact technology transformation projects across the LATAM region, focusing on SAP migrations, carve‑outs and S/4HANA conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor SAP migration and S/4HANA conversion projects from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate multi‑stakeholder engagements, ensuring alignment across business units, consultants and system integrators.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and risk using established frameworks.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Jira to track progress and report status.
• Travel across LATAM as required to support on‑site activities and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end IT/SAP project management experience.
• Proven experience with SAP migration, carve‑out or S/4HANA conversion projects.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Previous work with consulting firms or system integrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) and willingness to travel within LATAM.
