Senior Benefits Analyst – LATAM Regional Support

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to support the design, renewal and financial management of employee benefit plans across its Latin American operations. The role will act as a regional expert, using data‑driven insights and vendor collaboration to ensure benefit programs are both globally consistent and locally relevant.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional benefit design strategy and review process for country‑specific plans, leveraging vendor reports and internal platforms.
• Assist with annual contract renewals and vendor negotiations, monitor service level agreements and drive cost‑containment.
• Maintain executive dashboards, compliance tracking and reporting on program effectiveness, cost trends and utilization.
• Partner with the Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards peers and local HR teams to draft clear employee communications and build trust.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of progressive benefits experience in LATAM, with strong focus on data analysis, plan design or vendor renewal.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal); Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation support and influencing skills within a matrixed multinational environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous‑improvement of processes.
