Senior Brand Designer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to create and own global brand systems for groundbreaking AI products launching in 2026. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the CEO, working across The Coast agency, the Autonomous Nexus Technology (ANT) platform, and the Colony project management tool.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete brand identity systems—including logos, typography, color palettes, grids, motion principles, voice, and applications across 50+ touchpoints.
• Lead visual identity design for ANT and Colony from concept through launch, covering brand books, marketing sites, investor materials, and motion assets.
• Produce brand‑driven motion graphics for product launches, social media, web, and advertising using Lottie, After Effects, or Rive.
• Collaborate with a junior brand designer, digital marketing lead, and engineering team to ensure consistent execution.
• Mentor existing designers, raise craft standards, and define internal design operations.
• Integrate generative AI tools into ideation, exploration, motion, and asset generation to accelerate workflow.

Required profile

• Fully fluent English.
• Proven experience building full brand systems that scale, not just isolated logos.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, remote collaboration and delivering studio‑level quality.
