Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Endava is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to shape and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for its global clients. You will work closely with development teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD processes.
• Manage and optimise AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Automate deployments using Terraform (IaC).
• Orchestrate containerised applications with Kubernetes.
• Administer repositories and CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Provide recommendations to improve stability, efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong background building and managing AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
• Excellent scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Proven problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork, including stakeholder discovery sessions.
• Leadership experience and relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, DevOps).
