Senior Production Designer - Advertising

About the role

A creative agency that works with global brands on brand identities, digital experiences and creative solutions is hiring a Senior Production Designer. The role turns creative concepts into polished, production-ready digital assets, working closely with Visual Designers, Art Directors and cross-functional creative and production teams. It suits a highly organized designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages high volumes of production work and follows established design systems and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and organize design files, adapting existing designs into templates for multiple viewport sizes
• Produce high volumes of digital assets such as banners, emails and landing pages while keeping quality and consistency
• Ensure files are pixel-perfect, with linked assets, organized layers and groups and consistent file naming
• Update designs according to creative direction, including icons, glyphs, copy and image replacements
• Create design specifications and documentation to communicate design intent to other teams
• Follow design systems and technical requirements across projects, and stay current with design tools and workflows
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, developers and production teams

Required profile

• Based in Latin America, with availability to work in Pacific Time (PST)
• Strong understanding of design systems, component-based workflows and technical design specs
• Ability to manage several projects at once and work independently with minimal supervision
• Intermediate HTML/CSS, responsive web design, WordPress or Wix, Jira, and experience with developers and QA teams are listed as differentials

Required skills

• Advanced Figma and/or Sketch, including large component libraries
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong portfolio of digital production work (banners, emails, landing pages)
• Advanced English; paid time off offered
