Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex remote software and digital transformation projects at Jack Westin, a leading MCAT preparation company. The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to ensure successful delivery of SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic project planning and execution for large‑scale, cross‑functional remote teams.
• Define delivery frameworks, governance models, and operational standards.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Align project execution with company goals and product strategy.
• Drive Agile maturity, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage executive‑level stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Mentor project managers and team leads to ensure delivery quality and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead remote engineering and product teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
• Experience with strategic planning and delivery operations.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, SaaS delivery, and scaling processes.
• Track record of managing project risks, dependencies, and budgets.
