Senior Project Manager – Remote (Americas)

About the role

BlueYeti is seeking a part‑time Senior Project Manager to lead analytics, data and AI engagements for mid‑market clients across the Americas. The role blends client delivery with internal PMO development, working remotely with distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver analytics, data and AI projects from kickoff through deployment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project artefacts in JIRA and Confluence.
• Manage distributed subcontractor teams across North and South America.
• Provide status updates, risk mitigation, milestone tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with leadership to refine PMO intake, estimation, delivery cadence and reporting.
• Develop scalable templates, quality checkpoints and delivery standards.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of project management experience in analytics, AI, cloud data platforms or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience managing distributed subcontractor teams using Agile or Scrum.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; bilingual English‑Spanish required (Portuguese a plus).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work through ambiguity and engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Snowflake, Domo (plus exposure to BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, Synapse).
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Sigma.
• JIRA, Confluence and Google Workspace.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
