About the role
Uber for Business is expanding its presence in Colombia and seeks a senior sales professional to drive growth among small‑and‑medium businesses. The role combines full‑cycle B2B selling with the creation of scalable processes, working closely with product, operations and legal teams to remove integration barriers.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch and close partnerships with SMB decision‑makers for Uber’s latest B2B suite.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce, forecast accurately and achieve aggressive quarterly and bi‑annual targets.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles to client adoption, delivering consultative, “Uber‑first” solutions.
- Contribute to regional product launches, sharing market insights and best practices.
- Design playbooks and performance trackers to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, marketing and legal to resolve blockers.
- Manage hundreds of prospects simultaneously with high organization and timely follow‑up.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or account‑management experience in a quota‑carrying role.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑changing, ambiguous environment.
