Missions principales

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and headhunting to final offer negotiation.
• Proactively source, screen, interview, and rigorously evaluate candidates to ensure top-tier talent acquisition.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define precise job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain impeccable data integrity by managing and updating all candidate records within the ATS.
• Build and nurture robust talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified professionals.
• Champion a premium candidate experience, ensuring professional and engaging communication at every stage.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in professional recruitment or talent acquisition.
• University degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline workflows.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively during European business hours.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed, stable internet connection.

Competences requises

• Advanced Sourcing & Headhunting techniques.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• International recruitment experience (highly preferred).
• Strategic talent mapping and pipeline management.
