Senior Technical Project Manager – Cloud & Migrations (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cloud and migration initiatives for banking and financial services clients. The role is remote within Colombia and involves coordinating complex technology projects from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cloud migration, application modernization and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, architecture, security, QA and business teams to define realistic objectives.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical complexity into clear plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers and delivery milestones.
• Support migration strategies such as Lift & Shift, re‑platforming, refactoring, hybrid‑cloud and cloud‑native modernization across AWS, Azure, GCP or multi‑cloud environments.

Required profile

• Minimum several years of experience managing technology projects in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, migration methodologies and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1) and ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
