Senior Visual Designer

About the role

Foolproof is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join its UK studio in London. You will work on digital journeys across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with design leads from discovery through delivery for new product launches and optimisation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver visual concepts for high‑profile digital products and services.
• Collaborate with development teams using responsive design systems.
• Lead ideation workshops, design reviews and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior designers within the team.
• Travel to client sites domestically or internationally as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work from the London office at least twice a week.
• Willingness to work on projects for clients across a wide range of industries.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior designers is desirable.
• Experience conducting evaluative research to validate design solutions.

Required skills

• Extensive experience creating design solutions for digital products.
• Expertise with industry‑standard visualisation and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and InVision.
• Strong conceptual thinking in visual and interactive design.
• Understanding of front‑end development principles.
