Social Media Manager

About the role

WindshieldHUB is expanding across more than 100 U.S. cities and is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to strengthen its brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This strategic role goes beyond posting, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create monthly content calendars and produce high‑quality videos, reels, stories, and graphics.
• Grow the audience organically and increase reach through trend monitoring and strategic application.
• Engage with followers, manage community interactions, and respond to comments.
• Track key performance indicators and deliver weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with SEO, Ads, and Design teams to ensure consistent branding across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of social media management experience.
• Strong ability to create short‑form video content for Reels and TikTok.
• Proven track record of growing social accounts organically.
• Excellent English (B2+ level) and knowledge of IG/FB/TikTok/LinkedIn algorithms.
• Must reside in Colombia (preferably Barranquilla, Bogotá or Medellín).

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite or similar social‑media management tools.
• Canva or Adobe design tools.
