Sr Supply Chain Manager Colombia & Chile

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will lead Align Technology’s LATAM supply chain strategy for Colombia and Chile, ensuring cash efficiency, cost control, and superior service for internal and external customers. This role combines operational oversight with team development and vendor relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process across the LATAM market.
• Govern end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including logistics provider performance, cost, and cash flow.
• Develop a high‑performance organization, acting as a role model for company values.
• Manage import/export processes for Colombia and Chile, ensuring compliance with customs and sanitary regulations.
• Oversee service level agreements with all logistics providers.
• Lead internal automation and digitalisation projects within the supply chain.
• Design and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs and streamline processes.
• Ensure material availability while maintaining minimum inventory levels.
• Collaborate with finance on inventory‑carrying costs and cost‑efficient shipment methods.
• Guarantee monthly and quarterly shipment targets for the region.
• Integrate the voice of the customer into supply chain decisions and work with global teams to align regional priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Computer Science or a related field; postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience in a corporate environment within Colombia and/or Chile, with proven leadership of horizontal and vertical teams.
