Staffing Operations Manager

About the role

The Staffing Operations Manager serves as the global coordination hub for Mastercard’s Staffing Operations team. This role ensures accurate workforce data, reliable utilization visibility, and timely staffing actions, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and keeping the global staffing engine running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global assignment management process, defining RACI, SLAs, and controls while driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate quarterly contractor strategy, aligning regional calendars, budgets, and risk plans with Finance and PMO.
• Set utilization measurement standards, publish global dashboards, and lead actions to stabilize capacity.
• Maintain the global staffing manager coverage map and manage transitions to close gaps.
• Govern worker and PMO tagging taxonomy, handle exceptions, and provide training.
• Create and run the investment management playbook at the local PM level, reconciling variances with Finance.
• Standardize new‑hire and transfer intake processes to ensure Day‑1 readiness and optimal time‑to‑first‑assignment.
• Lead the weekly staffing enablement rhythm and drive AI‑enabled staffing capabilities for speed and accuracy.
