Store Design Coordinator

About the role

The Store Design Coordinator will ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of physical retail spaces for our luxury and prestige beauty brands. This role combines design, consumer experience, visual merchandising and technology to create cohesive, high‑impact store environments that drive sales and reinforce brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Store Design projects for luxury and prestige beauty brands, overseeing openings, remodels and space evolution across Colombia and distributor markets.
• Integrate design, consumer experience, visual merchandising and technology at the point of sale.
• Manage suppliers, budgets and project implementation from concept to completion.
• Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Commercial and regional teams to ensure brand execution in retail.
• Conduct field visits and continuous follow‑up to guarantee execution excellence and a superior consumer experience.

Required profile

• Architect, Industrial Designer or Interior Designer with more than 5 years of experience in Store Design and Visual Merchandising.
• Proven experience leading openings, remodels and updates for premium, luxury or beauty retail spaces.
• Comprehensive knowledge of store design, visual merchandising, materials, furniture, displays and point‑of‑sale production.
• Ability to develop omnichannel experiences that blend physical, digital and technological solutions.
• Strong project‑management background, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, tendering and implementation.
• Understanding of consumer journey and retail, design and luxury trends in Latin America.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, agencies and external partners while optimizing costs.
• Capacity to work with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Retail, regional) to deliver business‑aligned initiatives.
