Strategy & Planning Associate

About the role

CloudKitchens is looking for a Strategy & Planning Associate to own end‑to‑end analyses across Inbound Sales and Marketing. You will turn complex data into clear insights that drive operational and strategic decisions for our fast‑growing smart‑kitchen network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain core reporting and dashboards (lead volume/quality, conversion, AE productivity, cohort performance).
• Develop weekly/monthly forecasts and operating cadences to track performance versus targets.
• Support process improvements: document workflows, map funnel logic, standardize metrics, and scale automation in Salesforce/CRM, spreadsheets, and analytics tools.
• Manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, run working sessions, and drive execution from analysis to implementation.
• Uphold analytical rigor by defining assumptions, validating data sources, and communicating trade‑offs.
• Partner with Marketing ops to design performance‑marketing plans and conduct full‑funnel analyses.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Sheets/Excel and SQL.
• Curiosity for inbound sales and funnel metrics; ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort working with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) and BI tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus.
