Support Educator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Support Educator to join our innovative primary‑education platform. You will step in when regular teachers are unavailable, ensuring continuity of high‑quality instruction for K‑9 learners across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and maintain classroom flow in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Supervise and support individual students or small groups to reinforce learning.
• Follow existing lesson plans and adapt materials as needed while meeting curriculum standards.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to guarantee seamless transitions and consistent student support.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative classroom environment through clear communication.
• Report student progress, classroom events, and any concerns to the regular teaching staff.
• Uphold school policies and ethical standards at all times.

Required profile

• Experience working with children aged 4‑12, preferably in an educational setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about adopting new Ed‑tech tools and data‑driven teaching methods.
• Cultural awareness to create diverse and inclusive classrooms.
