Technical Instructional Designer

About the role

CSG is seeking a Technical Instructional Designer to create and deliver a variety of learning solutions for its Forte software suite. You will work with internal teams, merchants, and partners to translate complex technical information into engaging training experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop on‑demand, video‑based, instructor‑led, virtual‑instructor‑led, and blended learning courses for CSG Forte products.
• Review technical documentation, interview subject‑matter experts, and gather business procedures to build instructional materials.
• Collaborate with end users and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain training assets in line with CSG Quality and Document Control standards.
• Deliver train‑the‑trainer programs and support job‑specific trainers across the organization.
• Create web content, user guides, and end‑user training materials.
• Ensure all documentation remains accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience designing on‑demand, instructor‑led, virtual‑instructor‑led, and blended learning programs.
• 3‑5 years applying ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to meet multiple deadlines.
