Vendor Management & Procurement Operations Analyst – LATAM

About the role

Gallagher is looking for a Vendor Management & Procurement Operations Analyst to support its Latin America operations from Bogotá. The analyst will ensure vendors across Colombia, Chile, Peru and Brazil are onboarded, compliant and ready for procurement activities, contributing to operational excellence and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end vendor onboarding for the LATAM region, collecting and validating all required documentation.
• Maintain accurate vendor records in ERP and workflow systems.
• Verify that vendors meet internal tax, legal and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to address risks and enforce company policies.
• Support procurement workflows, ensuring vendor readiness for purchase requisitions and orders.
• Act as liaison between Procurement, Accounts Payable and business stakeholders to resolve vendor‑related issues.
• Drive process improvements and standardisation across the region, supporting audit readiness and governance initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in vendor management and procurement operations.
• Hands‑on experience with vendor onboarding and procurement workflows.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and a proactive approach to compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP or Oracle.
