Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is seeking a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at a US or Canadian startup. This fully remote position serves leaders across Latin America, helping streamline daily operations and drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, generate reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Demonstrated tenure of at least two years in a previous position.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion; enthusiastic about AI tools.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative without prompting.
