About the role
Job Duck is looking for a proactive Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for our US‑based clients. You will build long‑term relationships, understand client goals, and align our solutions to help them succeed while working remotely on an EST schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Support staffers to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor account performance, identify improvement and expansion opportunities.
- Diagnose client challenges and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
- Act as the central coordination point between clients and internal teams.
- Cultivate client referrals through strong relationship management.
- Identify and drive account growth aligned with client goals.
- Proactively manage retention, address risks, and maintain account health.
- Maintain accurate documentation of notes, updates, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead and participate in client meetings, onboarding, trial phases, and regular check‑ins.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- High level of professionalism and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
