Employee & Labor Relations Analyst

About the role

The Employee & Labor Relations Analyst supports the timely and accurate resolution of ER/LR cases across the North America region for Johnson & Johnson. The role focuses on case triage, investigation support, and data‑driven process improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and service level expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee relations inquiries, prioritize cases based on risk and urgency.
• Conduct case triage, assess potential policy violations, and support investigations.
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs such as SLA, lead time, and trends.
• Design automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate them with ServiceNow, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide guidance on self‑service digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, employee & labor relations, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with experience in process optimization.

• Advanced Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling).
• Power Automate (workflow automation, integrations).
• Power Apps.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Outlook, and SharePoint.
