Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

Platzi is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO. The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates based in Bogotá or Mexico City. You will be the right‑hand person ensuring the CEO’s time is protected and daily operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CEO’s calendar end‑to‑end, managing time‑zone conflicts (PT base).
• Prepare meeting briefs, gather context, and ensure the CEO is ready for every engagement.
• Track commitments, follow‑ups, and pending items to prevent any slip‑through.
• Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and on‑the‑ground details with support from a travel manager.
• Handle personal finances, expenses, and confidential matters with precision.
• Manage personal side tasks such as vendor coordination, household logistics, and family‑related arrangements.
• Oversee event and speaking invitations, liaising with organizers and managing schedules.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address them before they are voiced.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C‑level executives.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Extremely hands‑on, discreet, and radically reliable.
• Comfortable with flexible hours to align with PT and occasional off‑hours matters.
• Obsessed with organization, detail, and follow‑through.
