Human Resources Assistant (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support its HR team remotely. You will play a key part in streamlining recruitment, onboarding, record‑keeping and employee relations, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and prepare required documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accurate, up‑to‑date information.
• Help with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Respond to basic HR‑related inquiries from employees.
• Organise HR events, training sessions and company activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
• Understanding of basic HR functions and administrative procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good level of English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
