Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s global Learning & Development team as a Young Professional. You will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives that help a worldwide tech workforce grow and stay competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics for workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
• Help create learning materials such as slide decks, guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collect participant feedback and contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and propose targeted solutions.
• Support tracking and reporting of L&D metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
