Remote Mobile Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking Mobile Developers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this flexible, project‑based position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legally authorised to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
