Talent Quality Auditor – Remote

About the role

The Talent Quality Auditor ensures high‑quality standards across all Talent Acquisition activities at BairesDev. Working remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening interviews, and related communications to maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, adhering to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance against standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data review, and excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate fluently in English.
