About the role

As a Cyber Security Technical Leader at BairesDev, you will safeguard the company’s digital infrastructure, data, and AI‑driven platforms against evolving cyber threats. You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape and continuously improve the organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor security measures for digital assets and AI platforms.
• Continuously monitor systems, networks, and applications for suspicious activity and incidents.
• Develop and enforce security controls to prevent unauthorized access and attacks.
• Lead security initiatives and cross‑functional projects across the organization.
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all systems and data.
• Mentor and guide security team members on best practices and emerging threats.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record designing and implementing security controls.
• Experience monitoring systems, networks, and applications for security threats.
• Demonstrated ability to lead security teams or initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and industry best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
