HR Coordinator (M/F)

About the role

The HR Coordinator will support and develop all human‑resources processes for the company’s employees, ensuring alignment with strategic business needs. This full‑time permanent position is based in Bogota, Colombia, and offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership on talent management and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative HR tasks, including employee records and documentation.
• Lead talent acquisition activities, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Oversee onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluation cycles.
• Develop and monitor HR indicators and metrics to support decision‑making.
• Execute HR projects, process improvements, and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Professional proficiency in human‑resources practices and office tools.
• Strong knowledge of planning strategies, HR indicator generation, and project execution.
• Proactive, dynamic, adaptable with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
