Trilingual Account Representative – French & English

About the role

Marsh McLennan is looking for a trilingual Account Representative to join its Bogotá team. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and focuses on enhancing the client experience through proactive account administration and renewal support.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver best‑in‑class service.
• Administer a book of accounts, including document tracking, timeline management, and quality deliverables.
• Execute routine tasks within the annual renewal cycle, ensuring timely and accurate client support.
• Participate in client‑ and carrier‑facing activities, maintaining knowledge of client operations and insurance programs.
• Coordinate with Operations and Business to deliver policies, endorsements, audits, extensions, and cancellations.
• Provide day‑to‑day account support to Client Executives.
• Adhere to Marsh compliance, professional, and transparency standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related administrative roles.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
