Interactive Frontend Developer (Immersive Web Environments)

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is based in Bogotá, D.C., with occasional remote days. You will focus on building immersive, interactive web experiences using modern frontend technologies and collaborate closely with design and backend teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate visual concepts into fully functional, interactive frontend experiences.
• Build immersive, responsive interfaces with smooth navigation and dynamic behavior.
• Develop high‑quality animations, micro‑interactions, and motion systems using GSAP or Framer Motion.
• Create game‑inspired transitions and interaction patterns across the product.
• Architect scalable and modular frontend systems for complex interactive environments.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure high‑fidelity execution of motion and interaction designs.
• Optimize performance for animation‑heavy and real‑time user experiences.
• Maintain consistency across different user flows and interaction layers.

Required profile

• Strong sensitivity to motion, interaction, and user experience.
• Ability to translate visual and interaction design into polished frontend code.
• Experience building products that feel alive, responsive, and engaging.
