About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior manager to lead the accounting and daily operations for the GSF Accounting process area. The role ensures compliance with laws, internal policies, and the J&J Credo while driving operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal audit, SOX, and Credo guidelines.
• Lead the accounting team to achieve timely closing and execution of financial periods according to the closing calendar and SLA commitments.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals within the process/entity scope.
• Develop deep expertise in worldwide procedures and compliance requirements, and disseminate knowledge to the team.
• Support the upcoming Orthopaedics business separation by providing accurate financial data and facilitating transition activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in accounting or finance leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal audit processes, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
